How long does the application take?

The application itself takes just a few minutes. We'll ask for your basic business details — your name, address, and how many vehicles you're running. We aim to process applications within one working day.

How many vehicles do I need to qualify?

There's no minimum. One van is enough. We work with sole traders running a single vehicle right through to small fleets of fifteen or so. Everyone gets the same fair rate.

How is the weekly price set?

Every Monday we set that week's price based on wholesale fuel costs. It's published publicly on our pricing page so every customer — and anyone considering joining — can see exactly what the rate is before they commit.

Is the price really the same for everyone?

Yes. Whether you have one van or fifteen, you pay the same rate as every other customer. There are no tiered rates, no negotiated deals for bigger fleets, and no loyalty penalties for smaller ones.

Are there any hidden fees or charges?

No. There are no card fees, no admin charges, no minimum spend, and no exit fees. The price per litre is the price you pay. That's it.

What if the price goes up?

Fuel prices move with the market — we can't control that. What we can control is being transparent about it. You'll always know the current rate before you fill up, and we'll never quietly nudge your rate up without telling you.

Our model is a weekly fixed rate rather than a locked-in contract price. This means you benefit when wholesale prices drop, and you always know exactly what you're paying.

Which cards do you offer?

We offer four options: our own fuel card, plus branded BP, Shell, and Esso cards. Our own card is accepted across the full UK Fuels network — including supermarkets at the forecourt pump price. BP, Shell, and Esso cards are accepted at their respective networks. All four carry the same fair weekly price, so the choice comes down to where you fill up most.

Where can I use the card?

It depends which card you choose. Our own card is accepted at 4,500+ sites on the UK Fuels network, covering 97% of UK postcodes — including supermarkets at the forecourt pump price. BP, Shell, and Esso branded cards are accepted at their respective networks. We'll help you pick the right one when you apply.

Can I use it for diesel and petrol?

Yes. The card works for both diesel and petrol. The weekly rate covers the fuel type relevant to your vehicles.

What if my card is lost or stolen?

Contact us straight away and we'll get it cancelled and a replacement issued. The sooner you let us know, the better — we'll make sure you're not left out of pocket.

How does invoicing work?

I'm already with another fuel card provider. Is it easy to switch?

Yes. Just apply as normal. Once you're approved and your card arrives, you can stop using your old card. There's no complicated transfer process.

Is there a contract or minimum term?
